The common advice is to have a polished landing page and a waitlist before you launch. That's sound advice if you're a great builder. But I have to do the opposite, so my project doesn't remain as wishful thinking. Less dreaming, more shipping.

Building an app with all the desired functionality and a great UI is a massive amount of work, often resulting in nothing shipped. That's why getting a minimal, rough version out the door puts you ahead of those still waiting for perfection. Get ahead by shipping more. Perfect can wait.
