The 1st time they go to Mexico, Henry tries โcafรฉ de olla.โ Itโs made in a clay pot with coffee grounds, Mexican cinnamon sticks, and โpiloncilloโ (a very raw sugar, itโs v dark brown). Henry suddenly understands Alexโs love for coffee. He also realizes heโs been making Alexโs coffee all wrong.
