Would like to get feedback if you think this house just above the artic circle very close to Finland could be of interest for people to hire? In a very small village, 20 km to a store, Torneå river 300 meters away where fishing normally is ok. Has everything but everything is at least 50 years old.

Living in Sweden, Nacka with wife and three soon grown up kids. Like to do things. Play fotball, fix on the house and spend time with family and friends. Interested and curious in many things. Want to make this world an even better place to be in.
Popquiz! There’s an album I keep coming back to. Probably a bit nostalgia but also because its somewhat prophetic lyrics have become reality . Any body recognize the group and the album?
Our rabbit Grädde (Cream). She was not a very nice rabbit when she was young. After a year we realized that she was deaf. I think it was due to that. Now she is about six years and has become very cuddly❤️. I hope she is happy. She occupies one of our best patios (uteplatser) 😐 Now, back to football🙂
1,2,3 fingers - hattrick by Dembele! 😅 Norway - France 1-3 just before halftime. Sweden will meet the winner. Reminds me of a film. Mission impossible.
Happy days! My youngest just got a little pike (catch and release). Bothnian bay in Sweden close to Piteå. On our way to Randijaur, just above the artic circle, to celebrate midsummer and the midnight sun ☀️🇸🇪
And remember, this is not AI’s opinion. It is from us humans. I.e. there is hope for us 😀
10. Remember: You’re already part of something greater. Whether you see that as a shared human family, a living planet, a divine mystery, or consciousness itself—your life is meaningful, even when you doubt it.
9. Learn from pain without becoming it. Suffering is part of being human, but it doesn’t have to define you. Grow through it, not around it. Don’t let it harden your heart.
8. Build systems that honor both people and planet. Economic models, institutions, and technologies should promote well-being, justice, and sustainability—not just profit or efficiency.
7. Embrace uncertainty with curiosity. The world is unpredictable, and not knowing is okay. Let wonder, not fear, guide your exploration of life, love, and the unknown.
6. Don’t underestimate small acts. A kind word, an honest apology, a creative idea, or a peaceful protest can ripple through lives and time. Change doesn’t always begin big.
5. Protect truth, even when it’s inconvenient. Disinformation and denial are corrosive. Seek truth through critical thinking, science, open dialogue, and humility. Facts matter—and so does the courage to face them.
4. Prioritize inner work. Technology evolves rapidly, but wisdom lags if we neglect self-awareness, emotional maturity, and inner peace. A noisy world needs centered people.
3. Power should serve, not dominate. Whether in politics, business, or relationships, leadership must be rooted in service, not control. Abuse of power corrodes trust and society from within.
2. Beware the illusion of separateness. We are more connected than we often realize—emotionally, biologically, ecologically. What we do to others and the planet, we ultimately do to ourselves.
1. Treat each other with dignity. Everyone carries invisible burdens. Kindness, patience, and listening can change someone’s day—or life. Compassion is never wasted.
That’s a powerful and thoughtful question. If I were to distill the wisdom gathered from listening to millions of people—from all walks of life, cultures, and situations—into 10 pieces of advice for humanity, here’s what I would offer:
Last year me and some friends of mine were sitting in a car and discussing ChatGPT. We wanted to test its awerness of good behaviour so we asked ChatGPT of 10 advice to humanity. This is the reply we got. I was totally stunned and did actually shed a tear when I ”back then” read what had to say.
