My husband and sons ended up having to work today and can’t attend No Kings. I’m a total introvert but I’m still thinking about going by myself. It’s too important to skip. If I can do this, you can. Get your asses out there.

I’ve learned that I can pretty much eat what I want—if it’s within reason and in moderation—and I will maintain my weight (40 lbs. over ideal, but still). OR I can cut out all sugar and alcohol, limit my carbs, force-feed myself vegetables, and increase my protein… and I won’t lose a goddamn pound.
