me/siblings just found out she stopped smoking so itll be easier for people to visit her (but also my mom got lied to before and got told she stopped just bc they 'stopped making the brand she liked' even tho my mom knew that wasnt true?) 🙁

who packages these theyre lucky im not one to contact to start complaining. i ordered multiple books and theyre loose in the box and this one ended up on top of one of the flaps and it got all bent from other books sliding underneath it
