Tucker is a 3 year old Miniature American Shepherd. He is curious, contemplative, mischievous, and playful. Will comfort you if you sneeze. Fluffiest butt in town.
Most mornings he is super lazy and snuggly. But sometimes he’s ready to play the moment he opens his eyes. 🙃 🐾
It was finally less than 100 degrees outside this evening, so Tucker and I worked on tricks on the patio. Thought you might enjoy his enthusiasm. Trick time is his favorite. He was a little rusty with his outdoor bed and he can just never remember how to bow.🤣🐾
I had to leave him with the groomer this morning and now he wants all paws touching at all times.🐾
We spent a week at the beach and it was almost perfect except this guy wasn’t allowed. Just picked him up from boarding this morning and he is woofed! But so happy to be home.🐾
Four years ago today, I said goodbye to my best girl Maggie. I have my toes in the sand this morning and somehow I know she is right here with me. She used to scoot as close as she could get to me and there we’d sit, just watching the waves crash in. Missing my sweet girl today.💜🐾

Cool and drizzly this morning, so Tucker didn’t want to walk very far. But his nose got a good workout just sniffing the air from his security post at the top of the driveway. Of course, he needed to know the comings and goings of every neighbor, too. He is the definition of “nosy”.
Wow! These zinnias have appeared right next to our parking spot at Tucker’s favorite walking destination!

“Walks” with Tucker are sometimes at a glacial pace. But he stays busy checking out our surroundings. Even when we don’t travel very far he’s good for a nice long nap as soon as we get home.🐾
Anytime we drive near dusk, I say to Tucker, “do you see any”? He knows just what to do. He’ll wake up from a deep snooze just to help me spot deer on our way home.🐾
We have the coziest front porch because we knew how much this guy likes to sit and watch the world go by. But someone *cough* still wants to lie on the driveway, instead. So here we are.🐾
