Last night our movement came together to celebrate the Centenary of the Trade Union Group of Labour MPs. 100 years of forging close ties between trade unions and Labour, pushing for more working class representation, and campaigning for better rights at work like the Employment Rights Act.

Today, thanks to the Employment Rights Act, the majority of the 2016 Trade Union Act is repealed 🙌🏻. This means unions can focus on what they do best - organising to win better pay and conditions. Now let’s finish the job and deliver the New Deal for Working People in full.
