I also want to add that every single time ICE has physically hurt me, they have grabbed me by my chest. Most of my femme friends have said the same. I will not be surprised if / when we find out about twisted sexual assaults conducted by ICE agents with these gloves.

Wow. Proponents of the ICE taser gloves are openly saying that one reason they love the gloves is that they doesn’t leave any marks or proof that they were used, making it harder for people to sue when they’re shocked excessively.

The turkey I planned to make Friday so we could just eat leftovers all weekend was frozen so thoroughly it won’t be ready til tomorrow So at least I can a bit lazy early in the week which is good with everything going on Probably helping a friend with some twinning (TBD) while I prep for Saturday.

The question, like the lettuce assholes, is "How big of a bribe did they pay Trump to try to hide this?" Deregulation is one thing, but the last year and a half has been fraught with pure corruption and at OUR EXPENSE.

This has also been a disappointing week. Crowley eeked out a win despite every advantage in finances, endorsements, and party support in contrast to Hong. Another case of the establishment subduing a progressive who was "too uppity". I'll back Crowley, but only because Tom Tiffany is total trash.

No hate, no dogpiling, just curious. For me, it's Skyrim. Don't know why, considering it should be exactly my kind of game, but it just didn't click for me.

My life has been a strange path. As a youngling I wanted to be a writer (amongst many other things) and when I wanted that it was one of books. Given my strangeness, it makes sense that I am indeed a writer but it's of D&D modules and museum biographies. Room yet for books, of course, but yeah.

This spring we replanted saplings grown from seeds from a tree my wife and sister and law planted as kids. My in laws grew them for awhile at home so they were a decent size but this summer they’ve grown by 50-60% est. They’ve got a mild fungus, safe but cosmetically blah, but otherwise are well.

Busy day at #OldWorldWisconsin followed by a litany of chores and planning upon getting home. Going veg heavy this week as we continue to get back on track. This week promises to be very busy between prepping for events, #D&D, and helping a friend. Maybe will get to #PenPals at Pinney this week.

Severe baking urge resulted in homemade brownies and honey cornbread. Busy Society day. Mix of program things and support. Weather was shit but walked 5k anyway. Feeling off. Unreasonably so. If that’s true tomorrow will try to ground myself with select friends over opened to about this.

I am very much not a fan fiction person. My ideology on these the topic rests in a similar set of ideas to @straczynski.bsky.social's which is I want my ideas to my ideas (even if I never find my own moment to land): Making a living on someone else's work isn't me. But: This is fucking beautiful.
