Good news! The USPS whistleblower allegations are now officially in front of a federal judge. The groups challenging Trump’s mail-in voting executive order have submitted the whistleblower disclosure to the federal court in Massachusetts as part of their push for a preliminary injunction.

This is awesome! Someone is taking the Epstein files on the road. The “Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Reading Room” is launching a national tour Sept. 8 in Dallas, just ahead of the Republican midterm convention, where Trump is expected to appear.

BREAKING: A U.S. Postal Service official has filed a whistleblower report alleging the agency is pushing ahead with a “secretive, rushed” effort to implement Trump’s order giving the federal government more control over mail voting, despite a court order blocking the plan.

Well, that was quick. 24 Democratic-led states and D.C. just sued to block the USPS’s new mail-voting rule, which was officially published today. The rule comes directly from Trump’s anti-mail voting EO and gives USPS new power over how mail ballot requests are handled ahead of the midterms.

100% Our Democrats are nearly as embarrassing as whatever this train wreck in office calls itself today. Seriously, they’re like a fire department that shows up at burning structures with squirt guns & moist towlettes threatening to write nasty letters about the arsonist. I don’t fault Canadians.

This is terrible. The Supreme Court’s 6–3 conservative majority just handed Trump an early win in his effort to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the 2026 midterms, lifting a lower-court order that had blocked key parts of his executive order in 23 states.

This is stock market manipulation. Truth Social is now selling companies faster access to Trump’s posts, which can move markets in seconds. The company launched the service earlier this month, allowing paying firms to receive his posts more quickly than ordinary users.

If you’re looking for a way to show up for our national parks, Tuesday, August 25 is the day. The NPCA is organizing a nationwide Day of Action on the National Park Service’s 110th birthday, with events and advocacy stations happening at parks around the country.

The Trump administration has dramatically ramped up the sale of America’s federally protected wild horses, and a NYT investigation found that some are ending up in the slaughter pipeline. The BLM rounds up wild mustangs from public lands and places them up for adoption or sale.

Tonight we’re launching our new public-interest website about the National Design Studio. The goal is to put everything we know in one place and make it easier for people to see what the Studio is actually doing. The Studio isn’t just giving government websites a facelift. It’s building and

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.

A win, at least for now. The Trump administration has paused all border construction inside Big Bend National Park following intense bipartisan backlash. CBP Commissioner Rodney Scott says he is heading to the park for an on-the-ground evaluation before deciding how to proceed.

Public Citizen has filed a formal Hatch Act complaint against Attorney General Todd Blanche after he appeared at a campaign rally in New York supporting Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman and praised him from the stage.

If you care about protecting Big Bend, it may be time to rethink where you spend your money. YETI co-founder Ryan Seiders is part-owner of a West Texas ranch that has been facilitating construction tied to Trump’s border wall project in the Big Bend region.
