A semi-realistic illustration featuring Lilipla from Omi's music video "Is." Surrounded by darkness, bioluminescent white jellyfish light the scene, illuminating half of their face whilst the other remains partially obscured. Their eyes are heterochromatic: yellow in their right iris and white in the other, with a glowing white quatrefoil pupil. Thick bundles of silver hair with red strands flow forward, creating three symmetrical, hook-like pairs; each pair growing longer. Their outfit is a one-piece romper consisting of long puffy translucent sleeves, frills around the neck and hand openings, and a quatrefoil pin with red drawstrings that rests above a slight chest window. The romper is primarily white with notable red and blue shapes wrapping around from behind; the red falls on the chest, and the blue falls above the abdomen and drips slightly downward in five segments expanding outward from their center.
