@helmeetelgato.bsky.social I voted earlier this afternoon in the Toronto municipal election, and it wasn't crowded at all in the school gymnasium. There wasn't a lineup going in- sometimes there is- just a couple of folks ahead of me who were waiting to use the voting tablets with screens.
Does anyone know how to disable animated pfps, as in the user icons, in PC/desktop Discord? Reduced Motion doesn't help and there's no setting for user icons under Accessibility Settings- the pfp animates in my Friends list no matter where my cursor is on the bar, not just hovering over the icon.

Had a bit of a shock on the way to get my supper tonight- I met friends, two friends, gentlewife Brittany and their wonderful pug snuffler Pancake, and I asked about her husband, Taylor. He died last year; I think he was barely in his forties, if not younger in his late thirties. I'm almost _fifty_.

We wouldn't fight each other at all- neither Twopaw nor Mafdet are fighters by habit (Twopaw's Mum was often quite critical of this, but let his habit slide) and we'd probably find something enjoyable to share long before we put our hands on each other unkindly.
