A few days ago we asked for transport funds for Argos, Ruben and Phoenix. Pleased to say that the dogs arrived at their new home on a farmhouse and now never have to fear any dog culling team. Thank you for helping these dogs get a new lease of life 💖 #adopted #happyendings

Good news! Proton is on the mend after being treated for suspected toad toxicity. 🙏🏼❤️ Our shelter is surrounded by rural land, so local wildlife like toads and mongooses wander in from time to time. We’re keeping a close watch, but so thankful he’s recovering well! 🐾

Read comments under a Facebook post where a dog had apparently bitten a girl. Such nasty comments with people saying to kill all stray dogs and how bad animal advocates are. This is the type of country where we work, so much hatred towards the voiceless. Anyways here is baby Jet

Sometimes it's just too late 😪. This senior cat came to us suffering from multiple organ failure due to sepsis. He also had an infected necrotic wound on forelimb. But before we could help him he passed away on the clinic table. We named him Marble to let him know he mattered 🌈💔

So we made it to the vet. And it's a boy. He's not well as has a respiratory infection and a wound near his head filled with pus. Now on a course of antibiotics. I'm keeping him until he's well enough to be fostered 💕

Excuse me got a bit emotional yesterday. Was out looking for the dog from the other day when driving past spotted this baby. Went back and was honestly shocked to see this puppy all on its own. Can't understand how he got there, thinking that he was dumped by someone. All safe now 💕

Worried as our long term resident Proton is not very well. He's not eating, vomiting and dilated pupils. Bloods have been sent to the lab to try to determine the cause. Do send Proton healing thoughts as we can't lose our precious boy 😪💖🙏🏼
