If you have to question whether or not they are your friends, then they aren't. You have all the proof that you need right in front of you. They will show you with their actions. REAL friends will always be there for you. REAL friends dont ghost you. REAL friends dont abandon you. Its simple.
Life and people pass you by if you stop living. Its my fault, I let myself be vulnerable. I depended on people who turned their back on me. I need to start living for myself again. Because before I know it, ill be a statue. With nothing to show for it.
You know you are fucked when your mind tells you that you dont deserve to feel hurt. That you deserve to be hurt, and that it is your birthright. You deserve all the heartache and pain that comes with it. Your meaningless existence is for others abuse.
As a Professional plan B friend, its my duty to accept the fact that I'll always be the last person someone thinks about. People have their favorites, that is very much clear. Plan A's are more fun, more interesting, more engaging. Its my place to learn how little I matter at the end of the day.
No one cares to speak, they are too afraid to feel even a modicum of discomfort. Afraid of whats to come if they managed to uncomfortably regurgitate a semblance of courage to speak. It hurts the other more than you will ever know. And you will never know unless you..speak.
Sooner or later you will get tired of me. Most do, and I can only blame myself. I could change to make you happy, and leave myself a husk of shattered thoughts. I would do it too, tell myself that "its for the better". When all I want to do is scream my lungs out until I am no longer breathing.
No one tells you that the relationships that you form while you are streaming don't follow you outside of it. People love the idea of "you", and use you to fulfill their own needs. Its so strange to be viewed as such, and ive never been so taken a back in my life..

People will come and say they "love you" but they are only in love with the fact that you are availible emotionally and physically. And then they ghost you because you served your purpose in their life. Love used to be real, what happened to it? When did it get so twitsed?
