🚨 After 40 years of research, Brazilian scientist Dr. Mariangela Hungria wins the World Food Prize for pioneering a $2 nitrogen-fixing bacteria treatment that replaces costly fertilizers, saves farmers $25 billion annually, and cuts 230 million tons of CO₂ emissions.
An analyst who claims higher oil prices cause inflation should be ignored. @bloomberg.com @lisaabramowiczx.bsky.social
Inflation is gonna get really hot and they have no interest in cooling it. This guy got the job because he promised to allow it.
There hasn’t been a 2% inflation target for decades.
There is still a critical 45 days to go with the NA corn and soybean crop but if we get “normal” wx during that period, this crop is above trend. 🌽
Just found @kgooda.bsky.social is on Bsky. Great ag data if interested.
The 10 year at 6.5 this fall will be fun. Maybe u will get a slight real return on it then.
Listening to Christine LeGard speak is a form of torture. Should be against the Geneva Convention.
Really tired of China influencing the US government and elections.
What a fantastic golf tournament. Love The Open Championship.
They need to talk the entire field into playing yellow golf balls this week. The Open course is baked out, can’t see a white ball.
Any talk of lower inflation is total BS. It’s running 5% annually and won’t stop. Ur bonds are earning a negative return.

It’s been a great week for the devil. Here’s to hoping this week is even better.
Couldn’t ask for a better weekend weather wise. 2”-3” across most of the farm. It was sorely needed to keep this crop up to its potential. Whew…
4/5 years ago I started writing every day. My business and personal results are better for it. Also, I have no AI “app” on any device nor do I have any plans to. I see how it is a benefit to some. I don’t believe it will benefit me personally or society as a whole. Call me Amish if u like.
All this, about writing, resonates strongly. And as the author goes on to say "Writing is hard because the writer is learning. If AI eliminates the challenge, it also eliminates the learning." www.theatlantic.com/magazine/202...
Every Democratic candidate should hold this opinion, because it’s the correct one. If you want to keep losing elections to absolutely awful people, hold the opinion of the Progressive Caucus.
The Ohio Democrats Progressive Caucus is unhappy with Amy Acton over a statement she recently gave to the Toledo Blade saying she does not support "boys playing in girls sports," and calling the issue settled law in Ohio. The group says that statement will cost her votes and volunteers.
If you think there is a path for the US to be better than 20-32 in global soccer, you don’t understand how big HS/College football and basketball are. It’s kinda amazing the US is that good. It’s bigger to be a bench player at Loyola(Chi) or FG kicker at Fresno State than a soccer starter at Duke

If the Federalist Society had their way, the soccer dude wouldn’t even be a US citizen.
If the United States were truly an “exceptional” nation there would be a multi ethnic mob waiting on these scumbags at the next stop to beat their asses. Bunch of scared fairies wearing masks. Vigilanteism is underrated.

The worst day of the year for our furry friends. Cali hates the 4th of July, doubly bad if thunderstorms arrive with it.
