Dr. Nancy McMahon, Au.D., recently received the SLHS Department's 2026 Distinguished Alumna Award! In addition to serving as Clinic Director of the UCSHC, she also served as faculty lead for Alumni Community Engagement. Congratulations to Dr. McMahon on this well-deserved recognition!
CSHF awards were presented by Nicole W. Gallagher, CSHF president and SLHS Clinical Professor, on April 23, 2026, at the CSHA Spring Event. Students were also supported by Samantha Ratchford, CSHA Secretary and SLHS Assistant Clinical Professor. AuD student Misha Izydorczak presented, as well.

Last week, our MA-SLP 2 students completed their comprehensive clinical projects by presenting their clinical cases to the department or defending their master's thesis, which is a requirement for graduation. The students worked tremendously hard over the course of the year. Next up... graduation!
