Having a fantastic time at the GBM Redox Meeting in Saarbrücken! Thanks to all speakers, participants and my co-organizer @morganlab-saarland.bsky.social for making this such an exciting and pleasent meeting #redox #redoxbiology #gbm @gbmev.bsky.social
📢 Exciting Webinar Alert! Join us tomorrow, April 1st, at 15:00 CET for an unmissable webinar on chaperones in redox biology, hosted by @sfrre-ecr.bsky.social! We’re thrilled to welcome two fantastic speakers: @ulrichlab.bsky.social and @rsutandy.bsky.social. See you there!
8/ 8/ The work now begins to understand the functional implications of peroxiredoxin heterooligomerisation and its implications for our current view of these fascinating proteins.
Join our GBM Redox Meeting 2025 in Saarbrücken! We put together an exciting program covering diverse aspects of Redox Regulation in Life. Check out the Programm and register until Feb 28! redox-gbm-meeting-2025.uni-koeln.de #redox #redoxbiology #gbm @gbmev.bsky.social
Congrats to Ina and Ellie for this exciting review on RNA-binding proteins as versatile metabolic regulators!
Very proud of our first peer-reviewed paper from the lab: a review on the multifaceted role of RNA-binding proteins in the metabolic control of stem cells. Check it out! This is a truly amazing effort by my PhD student Ellie Koletsou @mpiage.bsky.social #proudPI doi.org/10.1038/s443...
Only 12 days left in 2024... Time to plan for next year! Please, save the date and join us for the meeting of the GBM Redox Biology Study Group @gbmev.bsky.social #redox #ros #signalling
We had such a fantastic #redox meeting in Saarbrücken. Thanks to Bruce Morgan and his wonderful lab for having us!
What a great joy to meet up with the PROGENIE group to discuss the future of #proteostasis and all the topics of new and not-anymore-so-new PIs. Join us next time if you are a new PI in Europe working on proteostasis, 👉https://molsysmed.de/project/proteostasis-group-of-european-new-investigators

Thanks for this great collaboration @riemerlab.bsky.social MiA40 is simply amazing #chaperne #folding #mitochondria
We just published a study on the first endogenous cysteine-free interactor of the mitochondrial disulfide relay - HAX1. HAX1 relies on MIA40 for folding and stability and does not require the redox fxn of MIA40. Nice collaboration w/ #ulrichlab. doi.org/10.1111/febs...
This week, the @crc1678 kick-off retreat brought all the project leaders together! 🚀 A fantastic opportunity to dive into projects, spark collaborations, and lay the groundwork for an exciting journey ahead. On our way to innovation, teamwork and impactful discoveries! 💡👩🔬🧑🔬 #Research #Collaboration
