Having 4-5 interviews and/or months of interviews shows signs of internal struggles. Probably best to stay away from them or it's just ego driven. Much of the game industry is like this...

I’ve never thought about this before, but a company having 4, 5, or more rounds of interviews actually looks bad on the company’s part, because it shows that they’re indecisive or worse, disorganized. I interviewed for a game studio that did 7 rounds and I should have just quit when I saw that.
