Creature wrapping around you and squeezing you so youre forced to breathe out all your air and since its squeezing you so hard when you start breathing the water its only a little bit until the creature finally loosens its grip and water rushes into your lungs
imagine trying to smoothly switch from breathing air to water back to air until you stop coughing up air or struggling to inhale :3
