I'm working through a series of preparation tasks for next year. Last year our subject advisory group mentors came up with an idea to better support new mentors. Just made it & it's a brilliant idea. I'm really proud of the co-creation approach we take to our #ITT curriculum & #mentor development.

Hello to our East Africa 14 #PGCEi cohort completing induction days in Nairobi today and tomorrow. We hope you have a great start to your course and look forward to working with you over the next year.

I am still smiling about the announcement of the inaugural @htenuk.bsky.social #historyteacher #Mentoring award last night. AND I am so proud of @uonsoe.bsky.social #mentor Ellie Richardson who was nominated by one of our #PGCE beginning teachers & was runner up in a highly impressive field. 🤩🎉🥰
