UPPI mourns the passing of Dr. Alan B. Feranil, a MADEM alumnus and a research partner of the Institute. Dr. Feranil served as the Director of the USC-OPS from 2008-2012. We also extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. Rest in peace, Dr. Alan.
