If I ever somehow get a couple dozen k I am poised to make a remarkable thing And maybe fix my health

The brainfog is compounding with my existing issues and making me basically non functional. I have nowhere to go and no money to get there if I did. My health is so poor that I can barely move today. Just. Please help.

Also: I hate to do this but I need to make rent and health is not going well. If anyone can help me out by posting for me or sending me reminders or something, I am dealing with mold in addition to tooth infection because the water problem by my window is just being ignored.

Hospital visit today for tooth apocalypse part whatever the fuck. This one is probably more urgent but is definitely less painful which is the best because I'm not suffering today but they might actually fucking do something. We will see, I guess.
