40 year old with 2 kiddos. Been seeing someone for 10 months and it's great. Survivor of multiple times of sespis and organ failure. But I look at life as an fun adventure. Life is good

This weekend will be the last full family weekend. I'll enjoy it and soak it in, because kids leave in a week. Next: being able to spend my energy and focus on packing and maybe life will slow down, I am looking forward to seeing Chris almost every day. He's my best friend.

Parenting burnt out is REAL. I'm at that point but trying to find tiny escapes, because I'm struggling with the lack of independence that comes with kids. Especially ones that go with you everyone. And the word "mom" 24/8 is used. I really need a break tho. And according to the internet it's normal

I've had the BEST week and as it's coming to an end I'm getting kinda sad. I don't want Chris to go :( I want to be with him for the rest of my life....ha, he might need a lil break after this week. I might sleep a lot too :) worth it.

It's super awesome to be with someone that has my well being as #1. Got GOOD advice and now I feel relieved. About my response and upcoming situation. I would have been 'too nice' and it ends with me in tears.

Just spend the weekend with my kiddos and Chris. This feeling I have right now is one of feeling whole. Like this is my family :) Gosh I hope he sticks around :) and I was proud of my kiddos dressed up fitting in :) life, is pretty good. Im happy 😁

I can name quite a few things I'm looking forward to this summer. First, picking up the kids @ the Airport. Then twins/embassy suites weekend in the cities. Then volunteer at my favorite garage sale. Then Connenberg will be coming here (hopefully) the next weekend. And this is just the beginning.

As my trip comes to a close tomorrow, I'm very thankful to have spent this much time with my kiddos. A glimpse into what the summer might look like. Also, I get to see my boyfriend this weekend. It's been way too long. Here's to having a good week :)

People say things happen for a reason, I, however believe we're just flying around in life. Yesterday though was once in a million. The kids & I were at the museum. We ran into an old friend of Vic's (and my dear mom friend) of all the places in Denver. Of all the exhibits. Was pretty cool

Tomorrow I hope that, finally, instead of me telling the truth, for a doctor to shed some answers. Because it wasn't fun what happened. And I sure didn't deserve it. Because I left an abusive relationship where I wasn't believed. Then, at least, I don't have to carry this. Party Saturday
