Two ideas in one logo is bad! Even if the second one is “just a bonus”. Feels like the designer is not confident in the main idea.
Don't waste time searching for handwritten fonts. Just sketch or vector it yourself from scratch. That's how you get actual custom lettering.

I don’t recommend Figma plugins I haven’t actually used. If a plugin doesn’t survive real work, it’s not worth suggesting. Designers should test tools in practice, not just share links.
I rarely use icon libraries. It often takes less than a minute to draw the exact icon I need — fully aligned with the system. Custom icons are faster, cleaner, and simply better. Designers should practice this more often.
