It is always, ALWAYS worth saving up for a custom cover over AI. As someone pointed out in the comments, if you use AI for your cover, a lot of people will assume the contents are, too. By cutting corners on what'll be the first impression, you're essentially shooting yourself in the foot.

Authors and publishers, if you are using AI art you should be massively ashamed of yourselves as budget is no excuse for this.
Maybe I should put guns into glassheart after all. Moth with gun access feels like he's suddenly taken on a whole new level of threat. Does he need one? Absolutely not, he could kill you with his pinky. But the antagonist having access to more advanced weaponry is such a juicy trope
