My mom is going through the early stages of dementia. Her memory has been bad for a while, but she's starting to imagine things happening around her that didn't happen, or get confused about her timeline and she's getting more pouty and upset every time you try to help her as she victimizes herself.
Everything was working up until 15 minutes before we started, and then I restarted my computer and it all stopped working so I'll just be there for the collab on everyone else's streams.

I'm not quite done, but I feel like a giant weight has been lifted off of me.
80% done with cleaning up my apartment from the aforementioned misery, but it's the last 20% that'll be the hardest. Still, every step gets a little easier.

Today is the anniversary of my debut, and while I'm unfortunately unable to stream at the moment, I'll be back one day when my life situation is more stable.
Got a tough couple of weeks ahead of me, not looking forward to it.

My brother and I have a friend whose only point of reference for the word "Woke" is an inside joke where I'll exclaim "WOKE" whenever my brother who's part of the anti-woke crowd has an unusually progressive thought, so she just uses the word as a sound of excitement.
