Words can't express how happy I am this is my last week on first shift for a while. I've been so tired these last couple months, I just cant make myself go to sleep when the sun is still out knowing I have to be up at 5:30. This toaster was not built for morning shift.

Gold help me, mom just watched some guy on News Max go on a tangent about how 5G cell towers and phone cause brain cancer. There is no evidence that this is true. Conspiracy lunatics will belive BS claims with no evidence just because a guy on a conservative news outlet said its true.

*join Telegram channel for something I'm into *don't know anyone, find it hard to start convos, cant really join ongoing ones for whatever reason *end up lurking in chat and rarely say anything *forget I'm even in there after a while.

Mark this as my official declaration that the big guy era is over. I've made some small steps to thin up and eat better before and have managed to keep at it (even now), but now is the time to lock in and take it further. I have a plan in mind, time to make it happen and see where I end up.

Build 42 has been great so far. I played a bit of the unstable version before but this feels way better. The world looks so much better, the crafting overhaul is nice, I love that off the grid play styles are viable now, and so much more to love. Not a fan of muscle strain though, thats staying off.

Today is gonna be the last day I see the sun for a while, the stable version of Build 42 for Zomboid comes out tomorrow. I've been waiting for stable to drop before I commit to another long term run for a while and now its almost here. I wasn't expecting it to drop so soon but I'm glad it is.

Went to a group painting session at my LGS yesterday, gotta say its so much easier to feel motivated and actually make progress on a model when you have 5 or 6 other people there to paint and talk with. Its so much better than just sitting in the kitchen with a podcast or youtube, had a great time.

I should try and make another video sometime, I had blast working on my first one. I have a load of topics I could pick from, I just need to pick one and actually commit to making it.

Something I never understood, why does updating the Quest Link app automatically change your audio input and output to go through your VR headset instead of just, you know, leaving it alone? Its annoying having to change everything back to what the default should be everytime it gets updated.

I need to sit down and figure out how you really play Rimworld. Playing the tutorial I can see this being a game I get really into, now I just need to learn what I'm doing and see how far down the rabbit hole this game sends me.

I check BlueSky and the first thing I see is several bot accounts promoting a fake AI subscription giveaway. Could they have had made it anymore obvious they were bots promoting a scam?

Man I need to get back on VRChat again, its been almost 3 months since I was last on. More importantly, I wanna go to more public worlds and actually try and meet people.

*looking for refrence images for future art *"Oh this one looks kinda like what I had in mind" *image turns out to be AI *"damn it!" Happens too often. At least with DuckDuckGo you can filter out AI images, doesn't work perfectly but its better than Google that just floods you with them.

I'm not gonna sugar coat it, I haven't been feeling too well recently. I feel so alone. Sure I have a few close friends and I'm grateful to have them, but I find myself wanting something more. Its been over 8 years since I was last with anyone, that was when I was back in high-school.
