re: using up pantry ingredients, i discovered i have 30 pounds of flour to get through (AP, bread, and whole wheat) so there’s a lot of baking that will be happening.
trying to be intentional with using up my pantry since i’m moving soonish and usually i’m a good cook but lately my meals have been looking like this
eating a savory pastry described to have pesto but halfway through i realized it’s made with spinach and not basil…first of all what the hell, second of all we’ll see if i live or die
