Trying to get out more to meetups and things because most of my queer femme friends have moved away, and it's nice to meet folks but man, life would be so much easier if my interests were conventional sports and celebrities. Instead I have the interests of a 13-year-old boy + horse girl nonsense.

When do I get to the part in Pokopia where we find out the humans all died in space and Ditto forms an organization dedicated to keeping alive the hope that all the long-extinct humans will still come home someday so that all the pokemon still feel motivated to work together and build a society?

My friends and I during our lunchtime Naruto viewing watched an episode where Naruto gazed into the night sky, saw a shooting star, clutched his hand to his heart and whispered Sasuke's name into the sky. We have not seen Sasuke on screen for literally 30 episodes.

Fuck off. If anything is "millennial", it's those cool transparent colors our iMacs, Gameboys, and Tamagotchis came in. No fucking millennial likes the house flipper grey. Call it a millennial paint job when I can see through the exterior of a car because it's Glacier Purple like my GBA.

An image showing the colorful transparent plastic of various pieces of technology of the 90's and early 2000s, that were easily the popular choice of the millennial age bracket. Some of the tech is an iMac, Nintendo 64, Sega DreMcast, a PlayStation 2, a Gameboy color and Advance, and CD player.

No fuck off we're not calling this "Millennial grey" this shit was dictated completely by boomer retiree house flippers we absolutely had NO say in this

Millennial grey

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A kitchen with beige grey floors, drab walls, brushed steel appliances, and grey granite countertops.
Grey floors and furnishings are said to appeal to Millennial tastes.
Millennial grey refers to a desaturated colour scheme that is said to appeal to the interior design sensibilities of the Millennial Generation in the early 21st century.[1] Cultural historian Kassia St. Clair attributed its widespread adoption to a desire among Millennials for "a flexible, sensible choice that will last years, hide any stains, and can be adapted to different schemes."[1] Some have diagnosed Millennial grey as a reaction to the warm hues of the late 20th century.[2]

Millennial grey is polarising, particularly when used with imitation-wood-texture sheet vinyl flooring, which many describe as depressing, soulless, or corporate.[3][4] Although attributed to Millennials, the grey colour scheme is often chosen by house flippers, vacation rental owners, or other people who do not actually live in the greyed properties.[3] Thus, the occupant of the property—Millennial or not—has little say in its colour scheme, particularly when deployed for fixtures such as flooring.[4] The greying may have been driven, in part, by a desire to prepare properties for sale in a manner thought to be least offensive to the average buyer.[5] Given the housing crises gripping many countries in the early to mid-21st century, buyers and renters may feel they have no choice but to accept a property decked in Millennial grey.[4]

To the extent that Millennial grey is said to be enjoyed by Millennials, it is also said to be loathed by Generation Z.[1][2]

No one asked for it but here are my lifelong horse girl takes on the best horse media: - the best horse movie is How to Train Your Dragon - the best horse game is The Last Guardian Neither of these have any actual horses in them and somehow get the vibe better than all the media that does.

Finished up a little doodle I started last year while I was volunteering at the aquarium. I'm happy to be employed but I miss working there sometimes. Hope you're doing well and still being chaotic, Nigel the Giant Pacific Octopus <3

More reflections on watching Naruto for the first time in my 30s: So many characters show up and I just think “ah. I remember seeing a lot of weird horny art of you on Gaia Online and Deviant Art in 2005” and that’s the baseline I start from when a character is introduced.

Its been a rough few days due to some events I won't go into but I'll just say.... it hurts so much to realize your family is only paying lip service to supporting your interests and goals and doesn't really care. When something you've worked for turns out to be something they hoped you would forget

I was trying to watch Fate: Heaven's Feel last night, and my dog kept climbing in my lap and standing on me and being in the way, and having watched far enough now to get into CERTAIN SCENES some involving bugs, I've realized Hoshi is a potential service dog who specifically alerts on bad anime.

Been getting to do so much more riding lately - went from struggling to find anywhere that wasn’t a lesson program to leasing two horses and even getting to do a little schooling show and making some awesome friends <3

Having grown up as a farm kid I love all sorts of critters, but what is it with people opting for goats all the time with their little backyard farms... they eat everything, they climb on everything, they smell bad, and they escape. Give me a mini horse any day get those goats out of here.

Me: I'm so busy right now that between riding, working out, Japanese class, and personal artwork, every single week night is taken up with something and I'm at the edge of overwhelm. Also Me: What if I got really into Pathfinder right now....

So... if one were to homebrew Umamusume as a 5e character species.... I suppose it would work like Aasimar where something in your bloodline just causes every couple of geneerations to produce a horse girl.... and then I suppose like an Aasimar you'd get special abilities twice per long rest...
