Haven’t had anyone make me feel this small in a while and it just never gets easier.

Everything happens for a reason. I had mistakenly booked my flight a day early, and that frustrated me to no end, but that hadn’t happened then I wouldn’t have been able to submit to an audition. The universe at work, like always ✨

promoting yourself as an artist is so frustrating because you’ll feel like you’re shoving your stuff down everyone’s throats and then there’s someone like “wait u have a comic???”

I think one of the biggest things I struggle with when it comes to my anxiety is how much of a people pleaser I am and how that makes me unhealthily obsess over people’s opinions of me or my work. I’m aware of it now, but it’s still easier said than done to push it away.

I have reached the age where i now have to google “[random gen z word] urban dictionary” 🥲
