One of the reasons I bounce off LLMs so hard is that especially for search: it is doing the part that I am good at and enjoy and am way better at than it is. My brain is an information drift net that loves finding how random shit it picks up sticks together. I don't need a machine for that.

#rctid I am interested in the dismissal of the director of scouting. I remember when he came in he seemed like a big gamble. Not a ton of experience but signs of possible big upside. Obviously didn't pan out totally. Curious to see where they go with that hire.

The parks were all a ton of fun but felt a little lacking in something. I know the timing of the visit plays into that so I'm not docking a ton of points there. But the lack of Marvel stuff felt BIG. I get why but man is it glaring.

As a #Disneyland guy going to #WDW was weird and cool. There's stuff there that I loved, but it was all the stuff around the parks. Disneyland is better than all 4 WDW parks aside from maybe Epcot (but Epcot has issues that DL doesn't) and CA is on par with all of the rest. At least for me.

After a week in the Disney Bubble I feel a phantom Magic Band on my wrist.
