i've been on calls for four hours. i am exhausted. the wheelchair company is holding my wheelchair parts hostage until i pay $700 out of pocket, mind you, I have medicare, medicaid, and blue shield PPO. how is it that I still have $700 co-pay?

this is the second or third time someone has exposed me to illness and I'm so grateful I take the precautions i do. i still want to test again in a few days just in case but so far so good. Good masks work. Filtration works. Whew. Anytime I get pressure to loosen protocol I am reminded of why i dont

got only 1 thing done earlier today and was being so hard on myself. i got dressed at like 11 and barley got out of bed to eat. broke down during bible study group session & started sobbing. feeling so much better now and just got four things from my to do list done. so grateful for community.
i have been at this on my own for a year now. and some days i feel like BREAKING. it is so unbelievably difficult to be this disabled alone. No family around. No significant other. every day is SO hard. and i dont talk about that a lot on here. but some days i just break down from crying.
i am sorry but the fact that students, the internet, and random linkedin people consistently show little respect for me D: meanwhile this is my mentor EVERY SINGLE TIME
