Got a dedicated storage for my bread with slicer guide. Also one for my sourdough starter.
A wild cactus started growing in my front yard. It was too close to the sidewalk so I put it in a pot for now till it gets bigger and be replanted elsewhere
First try making a whole wheat sourdough from scratch. Didn’t get the rise I wanted. My starter maybe needs to mature a bit more or I overkneaded.
Finally been to my first Buc-ee’s. Full of Bbq brisket and beaver chips now. Bought some goodies and a plush to bring home.
Just a speech from a desperate man who knows the hammer will fall soon.
I hate both teams in today’s semifinal. If I had to choose though I’d go with England just to see them get smashed by Spain in the final.
Sourdough starter is coming along good. About 5 more days to go before it’s ready.
