A better night especially for micros. Scrobipalpa ocellatella numbers are building with 4 last night. Another Gelechia senticetella too. 2 Marbled Clover and another Small Mottled Willow. A Curculio species weevil was welcome - I’ll try and key it out #norfolkmoths

This is the Odice sp trapped last night in Bramhall, Cheshire. The Spanish are interested as it could be O.suava, but O.jucunda and O.arcuinna are possible. Not necessarily an adventive given the current situation, but that decision is for greater minds. Smart moth though 😁 #teammoth

I think this is a colour form of Andrena marginata (Small Scabious mining bee) from Narborough today. The foodplant and chalk embankment match its habitat requirements. Not very common in Norfolk? Two bees photographed Happy to be corrected @vannabartlett.bsky.social

When i found the harvestman Dicranopalpus ramosus sl in a pheromone moth trap recently @vannabartlett.bsky.social said they were found in trees. So it proved today, with this one on a leaf of an apple tree in the garden
