He as Mr. Masuda lmao he actually requested victini be added to the pokedex. So it's kinda cool thinking that victini is a reflection of the original American Kanto games.

Victini being the colors of the American Kanto games in a generation that's meant to be a soft reboot of the series based on NYC, is genuinely such a crazy detail. It makes me wonder if that's *A* reason why he specifically requested victini to be in the dex.
