Fascinating. Reported successes: Debilitating long Covid symptoms dissolved. Decades of uncomfortable bouts of irritable bowel syndrome relieved. Loosening the grip of addictions to drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and sex. Cognitive benefits like decreased anxiety and brain fog, and improved focus.
