I’m enjoying my advance listener copy of Dracula courtesy of Elysian Nightfall Studios which will soon be available on Audible and other platforms.

I am delighted to say that this is the first of quite a number of pieces that I am the writer of which are going to feature as part of the online section of this international festival on a dedicated YouTube channel put together by Thornhill Theatre Space so many thanks for selecting them.
Delighted to say my short play, Breaking Eggs, has been published in this anthology. It’s free to read in the online edition and can be purchased in print from lulu.com with a discount code. Thanks very much to Umbrellas for FISH Journal for selecting it. ufjournal.wixsite.com/umbrellas-fo...
My short play, Breaking Eggs, is about to be published in an anthology & I’ve riffed on aspects of Pirandello’s drama. I’ve also taken absurdist elements from Darius Fo’s Accidental Death of an Anarchist as well as Bertolt Brecht’s techniques of alienating the audience in some of his earlier plays.
My play The Longest Journey being rehearsed in Liverpool yesterday.
I’m not sure if this is AI nonsense or whether it has some basis in fact. There’s long been talk of a screenplay version of the story with various projects getting as far as pre-production but then not progressing any further. I did a search for any new ones. @dagenhaminvince.bsky.social
Delighted to say that my short play Breaking Eggs will be published in September in the inaugural issue of Umbrellas for Fish: An International Journal of Absurd & Existential Drama both in print (lulu.com) and online. It is still open to submissions. ufjournal.wixsite.com/umbrellas-fo...

Here's my review of Rory Waterman's wonderfully informative new book, Devils in the Details, an exploration of Lincolnshire folklore, which is due for publication on May 7. There's a link embedded to an author article too. aspectsofhistory.com/book_reviews...
Devils in the Details: On Location with Folk Tales in England’s Forgotten County, by Rory Waterman - Aspects of History
Rory Waterman's examination of Lincolnshire's folklore, tracing how legends like Yallery Brown and the Lincoln Imp have evolved over time through storytelling, embellishment, and cultural memory.

Stunning 5 STAR Review for 'The Invincibles' at Headgate Theatre, Colchester 🎭💚⚽️ @footballandwar.bsky.social @venyhamin.bsky.social @davidkilpatrick.bsky.social @playingpasts.bsky.social @tomjgarry.bsky.social "The Invincibles" Colchester Gazette share.google/aRKkAo16BU3e...
The Invincibles at Colchester Headgate theatre left me with 'goosebumps'
This is unmistakably a feminist piece, but it never feels forced; instead, its message is woven through character, conflict, and lived experience.

How wonderful to see the Cloud 9 anthology by Kobold Blue Productions listed in this week’s Radio Times podcast recommendations.
At Louth Town Hall with a copy of the book my piece The Ghosts of Winceby features in. Had an interesting chat with someone who told me that Lloyd George abandoned a speech here after being heckled by a Suffragette. Also Jeffrey Archer was declared the winner of a general election for Louth here.
Super fun day at @koboldblueprod.bsky.social showcase of 6 Cloud 9 anthology works @shaunmendum.bsky.social is a true talented legend and has helped create some super fun #audiodrama V much enjoyed listening in the cinema to these bold new slices of audio fun Great to meet Glitchy too!

Going to London next Thursday just after the school I’m working at breaks up. Will have a busy few days as on Friday there’s the launch party of a speculative sci-fi audio drama anthology I’ve written an episode of then the following day I’m seeing two shows both with people I know in them.
Here’s the absolutely amazing poster for The Long Player, a short film that I’ve written. There’s so much that goes into making a film no matter what the length so thanks very much to everyone listed on it.
Not long now until the launch party and subsequent release of this speculative sci-fi anthology. It’s going to be available to listen to on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and iHeart Podcasts.
Writer on set. Thanks so much to everyone for all the hard work that’s going on in bringing it to life. Now heading back to the city centre and train home. @eveningcatprods.bsky.social
