In Playing Big, Tara Mohr mentions many ways our inner critic can show up. I was surprised at the many ways the inner critic can show up. How does your inner critic show up? My most vocal ones are “the voice of reason” and “you aren’t ready yet.”

Today I came across a quote in Tara Mohr’s book Playing Big, which I felt summed up where I’m at right now: "Playing big doesn't come from working more, pushing harder, or finding confidence. It comes from listening to the most powerful and secure part of you, not the voice of self-doubt."

Getting back into my business after a year off to have a baby is no joke. I'm ready to get back to launching my nonfiction book coaching business and reconnect with people!
