My FAB wishlist this year is relooking the OP prize and promo structure. After dabbling in other TCGs during this downtime between sets, and Calling-level equivalent events, I think we're missing the plot. FAB is incredible for top players, but it feels bad for those who day 2 and crash.
Dropping by just to say that SAGE is really such a fun format for FAB. It's truly the casual format of the game and I'm here for it. Is the banlist clunky? Yes. But is it worth the onboarding for new players? I think resoundingly so
How are people finding the impact of MPG at the moment? I think it's done some cool things for guardian but I expected a big splash to make them a little more competitive. It's interesting design space, but the game's power creep is as such that crush feels like a very underwhelming keyword.

Just like Enigma, GBones is proving to be a fun deck to solve the puzzle around. The armory deck provides a great skeleton (pun unintended) of what the deck could be, but that doesn't hamper the amount of flexibility and creative deck building the hero allows. Cracking ahead for Nats!
Honestly this should just be on all podcasting platforms. Hearing Devs, straight at the source, is just great for the growth of this game. I don't think there's any other game that puts this much love into showing that they are gamers at heart and are a part of the community!

High Seas limited proves to be a real fun expedition. Already quite impressed with the play patterns and decisions. Honestly looking forward to drafting this, especially with the (s)curve ball LSS threw in with the new thief hero!

It's also likely that there Nats season is going to experience a similar shake-up to PQ Singapore. Azalea and Dash, under the new LL points system, are likely to affect week 1 and 2 of Nats, and then turn on its head for week 3 countries.
Overall agree with the BnR reasoning (transparency is a cause for celebration), but I'm weary of more aggro-dominated metas leaving control decks in the lurch. I look forward to a healthy meta where control, midrange/value, and aggro all hold strong corners in the meta.

I guess this confirms that there is no necromancer main hand weapon for limited. Which begs the question if there's something for CC? Similar treatment to how we got Klaive for Marionette in HNT.

I'm not down on the idea of sunsetting ELO next year and moving towards more active qualifications for larger events. The algorithm for losing/gaining ELO didn't always feel the best, especially when wanting to play at Sealed Callings, or even at the PQ-RTN level. Probably will ponder more on this
