Barry yells in frustration. He can’t chase her and save people at the same time. He just can’t! So he makes the choice to go after Black Siren instead. A foolish choice, when he could be saving lives. He runs directly in front of her, aiming to stop her in her tracks. End her reign of terror.

⠀ using her voice, she propels herself off the ground and into the air, jumping onto a nearby rooftop. she then slides and continues running. 〝 there's more buildings collapsing, flash! 〞 ⠀

Barry glances between the two, devastated. Of course he goes to save the people from the destroyed bank first. Then he runs. He runs to catch Black Siren, throwing caution to the wind.

⠀ 〝 uh! 〞 she didn't see him as she was knocked back by his force. still, that wouldn't make her stop. after getting up, she started to scream again, taking out a nearby bank. she then started running. 〝 how about you take care of that!! 〞 ⠀

“No!” Barry races to save the people from those buildings too, then runs back to try and attack the villain. He tries to duck the sonic beam, going straight for the jugular.
