Tarun Tejpal should have been in jail serving his sentence for the past 10 years. It's a classic misuse of the courts that put the survivor through the hell of waiting & bureaucratic hurdles. He knew what he had done. He admitted it in an email to her. He should've paid the price for what he'd done.
