Psycho Patrol R (successor to Cruelty Squad) just updated - a second main case, five new areas, unhinged gambling mechanics, etc. The patch notes detail that it's still pretty raw. More early access than Cruelty Squad ever was, but that's a big chunk more game.

46: Psycho Patrol R - The ambitious followup to Cruelty Squad. Less vomitous in style, much more technical, with im-sim RPG stuff, mech combat and MUCH POLITICS. Similiar to CS, it's a 'full' game even in early access, with a main quest, ending, etc. The real weird sicko shit will come in updates.
