Before considering legislation, I’ll ask three questions: Is it constitutional? Does it make fiscal sense? Is it good for most people in SC-7? What federal policy should I put through my Three-Question Test? Tell me in the comments. #SC7 #SouthCarolina

I'm John Gregory Vincent, 20-year Navy Veteran running for Congress in SC-7, what I call the GREAT 8. I will always put PEOPLE over Politics. https://linktr.ee/vincent4congress
Before making decisions for SC-7, I want to hear directly from the people I’d serve. That means showing up, listening, and understanding how decisions in Washington affect families and communities here at home. #SC7 #SouthCarolina #PublicService
The Constitution comes first. My first question on any policy or vote is simple: Is it constitutional? The First Amendment protects free speech and freedom of the press. Those principles should not change based on who holds office. #SC7 #FirstAmendment
Gallup reports 89% of Americans say corruption is widespread in government, including 83% of Republicans, 90% of independents and 91% of Democrats. John Vincent says transparency and accountability should be central to government. Source: Gallup, Sept. 2, 2026. #SC7

SC-7 families need an economy that works: strong tourism, thriving small businesses, good-paying jobs and affordable living. John Vincent wants to lower costs, support small businesses, protect Social Security and make homeownership more achievable for working families. #SC7
Every vote should pass three questions: Is it constitutional? Does it make fiscal sense? Is it good for SC-7? If any answer is no, my vote is no. Party politics shouldn’t decide my vote. My responsibility is to the Constitution, your tax dollars, and you. #SC7 #JohnVincent
89% of Americans say government corruption is widespread. Accountability shouldn’t depend on party. If elected to Congress, John Vincent will demand transparency, ask tough questions, and hold government accountable, no matter who is responsible. #SC7 #JohnVincent
Families in SC-7 are focused on kitchen-table issues: grocery costs, wages, Social Security, homeownership and small businesses. John Vincent is running to lower everyday costs, protect Social Security, support better wages and make homeownership more achievable. #SC7
Data centers are growing across SC-7, raising a key question: Who should have the final say on projects affecting local land, water, power and infrastructure? Washington politicians, or the people who live here? John believes local communities deserve a voice. #SC7 #LocalControl
Twenty-five years later, we remember September 11, 2001. We honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and Americans who showed extraordinary courage. We will never forget. #September11 #NeverForget #PatriotDay
If you send me to Washington, I’ll never forget who put me there: the people of SC-7. Not party leaders. Not insiders. Not special interests. My standard is simple: listen, answer, explain, and serve. People Over Politics. #SC7 #PeopleOverPolitics

What happens in Washington doesn’t stay in Washington. Farmers, families & small businesses feel the impact. I’m running to put SC-7 first, with the accountability I learned in 20 years of Navy service. People Over Politics. #SC7 #PeopleOverPolitics

Showing up matters. Listening matters. That’s where real representation starts. I’ve spent this campaign traveling across SC-7, listening to what people need and expect from their representative. I’ll keep showing up, listening, and earning your trust. People Over Politics. #SC7
60 days to go until Election Day. For the next 60 days, I’ll keep showing up, listening, and earning every vote across SC-7. Get registered. Talk to your neighbors. Volunteer. Help us reach one more voter. Let’s make every day count. #SC7 #Election2026 #SouthCarolina #VoteSC
Twenty years in the Navy taught me that service means staying committed to the people counting on you. I’m running for one job: representing SC-7. This district deserves a representative who shows up, stays accountable, and treats service as a responsibility, not a fallback. #SC7 #Accountability
A hard day’s work should still mean something. Families across SC-7 are working hard while groceries, housing, healthcare, and insurance keep getting more expensive. I’ll fight to lower everyday costs and help working families get ahead. #SC7 #WorkingFamilies #Affordability
For the last year and a half, I’ve traveled across SC-7, listening to families, healthcare concerns, rising costs, and frustrations with Washington. Those conversations are why I’m running. I’ll keep showing up, listening, and earning your trust. #SC7 #SouthCarolina #PeopleOverPolitics
Twenty years in the United States Navy taught me that service means putting the people who count on you ahead of yourself. And when voters heard that record, they responded. Blueprint Polling, SC CD-7, July 27–28, 2026, N=557 likely voters, MoE ±4.15%.
Once voters heard both candidates’ records, 98.6% of the people supporting our campaign stayed with us. Russell Fry retained 85.3% of his supporters, meaning roughly 1 in 7 moved away. Blueprint Polling, SC CD-7, July 27–28, 2026, N=557 likely voters, MoE ±4.15%.
This weekend, we’re getting out across South Carolina’s 7th District and putting People Over Politics into action. Join us August 29–30 for our Weekend of Action as volunteers knock doors, start conversations, and help us reach voters across SC-7.
On the initial ballot, independents split nearly evenly: 39% for John Vincent and 37% for Russell Fry. That matters in an R+12 district. Blueprint Polling, SC CD-7, July 27–28, 2026, N=557 likely voters, MoE ±4.15%.
12,000 donations. All 50 states. An average of $24.33 at a time. That’s what a people-powered campaign looks like. Help us keep going: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/jv4csm
Once voters heard both records, the race shifted across generations. Ages 55–64 moved from Fry +16 to Vincent +6. Ages 65+ moved from Fry +8 to Vincent +4. On the informed ballot, John leads every age group. Blueprint Polling, 7/27–28/26, N=557, MoE ±4.15%.
Once voters heard both records, undecided voters moved toward John Vincent by more than 5-to-1: 45.9% to Vincent vs. 8.6% to Fry. There’s more work ahead. We’ll keep reaching SC-7 voters and earning every vote. Blueprint Polling, 7/27-28/26, N=557, MoE ±4.15%.
Our veterans answered the call. They shouldn’t have to fight for the care and support they earned. As a retired Navy Command Master Chief, this is personal. I’ll fight for quality care, mental health support, and opportunities for veterans after service. We keep our promises.
