I finished my bingewatch of The Big Bang Theory. The first 5 seasons were definitely the best, before the show lost some quality, but it was still an enjoyable watch and I liked the ending alot β€οΈ (I had actually seen a lot of the episodes already, when I randomly caught them on television before.)

1 full week of no migraine (with an aura atleast, I'm pretty sure I'm still having an on-going migraine teehee....), but the aura is always the scariest part about it for me
This is my migraine diary at this point but I'm caught in a loop of migraine attack -> heavy anxiety bc I fear the next attack -> stress causes the next attack to come for sure Rinse and repeat AAAAA πππ
The fact that the only thing that keeps my mood somewhat up is bing-watching The Big Bang Theory is the actually worrying element of all of this LOL
