Al Jazeera cameraman Ahmed Wishah was killed Saturday in an Israeli airstrike on a home in Gaza’s Bureij refugee camp. His brother Mohammed, also an Al Jazeera correspondent, was killed in April. Today, at least 259 journalists and media workers have been killed by Israel since October 7, 2023.

I took an advance on summer, spending sun-drenched mornings with a book and coffee on the apartment's terrace in Lanzarote, while the afternoons were for explorations. What a landscape!
