Yet another batch of #Gdakon paintings~ (3/5) This time I fell in love with a palette: some dark, desaturated green, and the brightest orange/yellow I could muster. And a blue pointy crit that didn't quite fit in the other batches :3 #furryart

Angstrom, a gremlin (as in the species from Spiral Knight, not the general idea of a gremlin, which actually does apply to him too). He is striking an "evil laugh" pose: slightly leaning backwards, hands raised at waist height, chin up.

Notable features he harbors are: an oversized long jacket floating in the wind (even though there is none), a robotic glove (it is probably evil), and a wide grin showing all his pointy teeth (he got lots of 'em).

The original colors of the character are not observed, and are instead replaced with a cyan camaïeu, with contrasting touches of electric yellow, reminiscing of Angstrom's electricity affinity.
The background is a flat, deep magenta, with a white halftone pattern contouring the character.

Brainstorming here. What would be a good gender-neutral term to differentiate between "men"/"women" for t-shirt cuts? I'd say "straight" for the former, but the latter... "tapered"? "contoured"? "shaped"? Manufacturer calls them unisex and ladywear euuuuuugh... =_=

Actually the goobers invited themselves to a ✮STAMP RALLYE✮ at #Fauntastic 6th Edition! (3rd - 7th April) I'll have a ton of them, and I really hope y'all will show up to get them or else! ò-ó

Poof, three goobers to decorate my future booth at #Gdakon and #Fauntastic. You wouldn't believe how long it takes to cut out 1mm carboard while following precise shapes. My fingies hurt. #furryart

It's still January so I'm not late to share the results of my 2025 bingo. I didn't get one, but I did cool stuff trying, so in my book I failed successfully! 💃 And technically I can draw two lines that cross five filled cells, so maybe it's a double bingo actually?? Stay tuned for 2026's #bingo!

A kingfisher made from a circular saw blade, paint pen, and spray paint. I sketched it, Echo cut it out and added the copper eye, and I painted it. This was a gift, but we'd love to make more birds like this! What birds would you want to see?

A little piece inspired by the solstice today.

An etched metal plate showing the bird god Kantali.

Combined with the right optics and lighting, mirror plates like this can be used to project an image of the god on to a wall or screen. Sometimes they will be in fixed set-ups, creating imagery when the sun is at certain angles during the year (especially on holidays) and other times they will be made for portability, typically accompanied by an elaborate set of lenses, polishes, and ancillary mirrors. They are a popular ritual item.
