Mentoring is one of my favourite things that I do as a senior IC. A lot of people assume only managers get to mentor, but that's definitely not the case.

Panic froze my credit at all three bureaus last night. It was not a fun task. Loved how that involved filling out some of the most awkward form design I've ever seen while under a whole lot of stress.
