just arrived in #Tokyo 🇯🇵 and will be vacationing here for the next 2 weeks.
next week I'm going to Japan for the first time, I didn't plan any experiences in advance but I know that a big wagyu burger is the experience I need the most
stressing my hardware makes me feel that I am using 100% of what I paid for.
with the power of local LLMs, you too can have 100% CPU usage / 100% RAM usage / 100% GPU usage / 100% VRAM usage
just realised that @valkeyio.bsky.social exista because Redis changed their licensing back in 2024. from now on, all new services I work on will be migrated to Valkey asap.

This seems like a new step in how AI companies will take back what they generated. I think that what we generated and what we paid for is fairly ours, and maybe the watermarks @anthropic.com is setting up will not stear them in that direction. support.claude.com/en/articles/...

AI was both a blessing & a disappointment in the last 3 months. Migrating a Java service to Python using both Fable and Opus 5 was not the best experience as I thought it will be.
I am very curious how prople are getting hired to these new tech startups. like do they have a super awesome CV that they get hired by Cursor, CodeRabbit ?
Launching SafeFiles on Product Hunt Today 🎉 This is also the first time launching a product, and I am kinda hyped about it. #BuildInPublic #WebDev #Launch
My friends started using a free tool that I actually built. Never though I would see such a day. #BuildInPublic #Goals
I've decided to draw the line on actively developing SafeFiles this week. It’s not abandoned, and it’s staying up. Just not pushing new features or updates this week. I focused a lot on keeping this clean. Learned a ton and happy with what it became. #BuildInPublic #WebDev #Productivity
Apps out there target mostly EU and USA users. I feel that we should focus on Asia in the next period as they might have a lot of gaps we can fill. #BuildInPublic #WebDev #Asia
Stateless ETH Clients panel was very interesting. Got me thinking that hosting a node for transactions events can be even cheaper with it #Ethereum #ETH #Blockchain
A cool thing I learned last month is that you don’t have to buy servers to test & validate your idea. I used my Raspberry Pi5 along with Cloduflare Tunnels to host everything. #BuildInPublic #WebDev #Idea
Fiest time in my life adding testimonials on the landing page. I never though people would be so eager to test products. Obviously these people are my friends…. #BuildInPublic
SafeFiles is entirely done without any bloat ware. I made this app as an experiment to see how HTMX would fit in an app and is just an amazin technology for simple apps. #BuildInPublic #WebDev #HTMX
From hyperspace to SafeFiles. A journey to build an open-sourced app for private file sharing. This is not the final official launch but whoever wants to test it Link: safefiles.app #BuildInPublic #WebDev #WebRTC #FreeTool

I think I will only use htmx and Go stack from now on for my personal projects. I really like hypertext driven apps, and I really am happy with the speed. #BuildInPublic #WebApps #TechStack
Through all these weeks apparently the only project I could actually finish is a private, encrypted, and p2p file transfer alternative to all these other apps. I’ve just setup my Pi5 in order to test it externally and also host the landing page. Still not having a launch date. #BuildInPublic
Worked today on the daily reviews app. I gave it a nickname now Cardinal. The main feature will be so that users leave daily reviews wherever they want and this will impact the score. And leaving reviews should be as fun as tweeting and as rewarding as a receiving free stuff. #BuildInPublic
Every normal person knows one simple thing 👇 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇨🇦 All you need is the withdrawal of russian soldiers from Ukraine. And the World will return to life as normal. #UkrainianView #US #EU #UK #Canada
#BuildInPublic community, last summer I created a small FastAPI library for file-based routers. I still use it everyday in every #Python project. github.com/vladNed/fast...

Started reading “Designing Data-Intensive Applications” and I can say that I am just hyped on setting up db’s right now #sunday
I was literally obsessed about this idea of daily reviews/scores for coffee shops, where users constantly leave reviews like notes. Turns out it might be a better project than the feed generator thingy. #BuildInPublic #tech
