The only update I can give is that the speedrunner who first made the claim of under 3 minutes, Negisann, got unbanned from the official Discord! This is awesome!!!!!!!!
I genuinely hope KonKin apologizes because this is just an absolutely unreasonable way to act to passionate, skilled, loving fans who are donating to the game because they love it so much! Thread over for now.
This is no way to treat your players. Especially those donating to your game that is free on VRChat. No developer should be accusing, threatening, and banning their players after they prove themselves innocent. Especially not to this degree, especially not with a language barrier.
It is absolutely ridiculous and insane that this even happened. I know a handful of people were watching the injustice happen and trying to give reassurance to the JP speedrunners that the way they were being treated was not OK.
4 of those JP players who were accused subscribed to the patreon of the game. $55 USD a month is what the players were donating to the game simply because they loved it so much, yet a developer spits in their face and says that they do not owe them an apology after accusing and threatening them.

With that sentence said, Kon demands proof, which is a reasonable ask. Where it becomes unreasonable is that Kon says that you must provide evidence within a week or you will be banned under the assumption that you are cheating. In VRC, you can use an avatar feature that allows you to see all items.
Finally, KonKin takes notice of this with Negisann leveling at an exceptional rate. Negi says that in a full instance they can finish the level in 2:30, a time so fast that I cannot properly convey it.
