Meanwhile, because far be it from me to juggle eggs and anvils.... I'm working on how to resurrect the old webcams-and-datapoints map. It's still in the "Hmm" phase and nowhere near the "Aha!" phase, but I'll be tinkering with it in the background.

Also, far be it from me not to pull an all-nighter or six to get a job done...but I'm almost done! 120 to go, and tomorrow they'll be a-goin'! Before you ask, no, I don't plan to push out the Pleistocene project before Vulcanalia, but it's up on the to-do list after I update my webcam playlists.

I suppose I need an icon for the Pleistocene volcanoes. I tried taking the erupting volcano, applying a blue gradient layer, removing the lava, and making it a little taller, but it doesn't really seem quite right. I welcome suggestions.

I know this is a volcanoes-account, but in a few hours, all those volcano webcams around the Reykjanes peninsula will be square in the path of the first solar eclipse to cross Iceland since 1954 and the first visible in Reykjavik since 1433.
