Has there ever been a genuine peace? Will there ever be rest for those who strive to make it reality? The answer comes in the form of a man--a monster, scar-ridden and vengeful. Kept alive by a fire that seeks to burn all he deems unjust and cruel. Perhaps peace was only ever attainable for fools.
Fires rage on like the soul which craves vengeance long after the body is no longer willing to muster any further strength. This is the truth of this world. One where gods are not killed, but erased. One where man and their machines live beside the monsters that once only resided in fairy tales.
